- Forming the Founding Community: Attracting the first elite group of interested individuals to establish the technical and ethical constitution of the platform.
- Launching the Knowledge Blog: Providing an intellectual space to present the latest technical updates and proposals that inspire the programming community.

- Idea Management System: Building the software platform to receive digital ideas, categorize them, and showcase inspiring models of successful global projects.
- Communication Bridge: Activating an interactive email notification system to ensure a real-time flow of updates to all stakeholders.
Membership & Digital Loyalty
- Selective Affiliation: Opening memberships gradually, giving priority to those who have shown loyalty and enthusiasm for the platform's vision in its early days.
- Launching the "Lead Project": Beginning the execution of the first digital project through the collective efforts of the founders, serving as a showcase of the platform's execution capabilities.
Governance & Project Management
- Dashboard & Transparency: Adding a "Project Status" tracking feature so everyone can monitor the progress of various projects.
- Workgroups System: Granting members the authority to form integrated teams (Developer, Designer, Marketer) to work on specific ideas independently and organized.
